 What is this channel about? Well, to put it simply. It's about this. Reality. What is this? This includes everything, but mostly I talk about topics that you could say fall under spirituality, religion, philosophy, psychology, and self-help. But I also talk about anything that I find interesting and important. The common factor connecting all of these is practicality. The things that I am interested in are things that are useful and helpful to know.
 These videos are not me telling you what to think. Instead, I want you to see the process of exploring reality. So that means there will be videos where I make mistakes. But through your comments and further contemplations, I will fix the mistakes and make new videos. The important thing is to see this process of exploring reality and making missteps, but always learning from those mistakes to move forward.
