This is the channel of David Wemhoff. I am an author, attorney, former college professor in American Constitutional Law, Business Law, Criminal Procedure, and editor of The American Proposition website.

My focus is on social organization, issues of governance, and assorted relevant legal issues. It is my view that the great struggle of history is between love of God and love of wealth. I will discuss things no one else will.

I read and understand Inter Mirifica (1963) and the Pastoral Instruction on the Means of Social Communication (1971). I will comply.

I am the author of John Courtney Murray, Time/Life, and The American Proposition which details the successful American and plutocratic efforts to change, and subdue, the Catholic Church during the Cold War. The two-volume new edition is now available on Amazon and the eminent Dr. John C. Rao wrote the Forward.
