I've spent a number of years helping people reshape their lives; and I've been glad to do it.

However, tackling the behavioral trends and social influences of our society on a one-on-one basis is a losing battle. This is my attempt to help people develop the skills needed to develop psychological strength and pursue value in life.

I’m going to try to try to approach this subject with what I consider a level-headed, practical approach, discussing things in a way that you–as someone who wants help, gives help, or just has an interest in these things–can apply in your daily life. A lot of this will be my opinion, based on as many facts as I can muster. I reserve the right to change my mind, and I reserve the right to be wrong. Way too many therapists claim to be experts, and in turn, expect you to defer to their expertise.
