I was one of those people who kept thinking about what I could do if I just had 5, 20 or 50 acres. I finally realized that there are a lot of homestead skills I could learn to do on my 2/3 acre in California. So I decided to learn to homestead right where I am. Thats how I came up with the channel name. I figured there are probably a lot of people in the same situation who would like to learn with me. Please bear with me. I am new to it all. Making videos with less than ideal equipment. Editing videos with no experience at all, and just learning how to be on camera. But I will get better with each video. I have a husband who is always there to help with building things when I need it, and he enjoys a lot of what I do but he is not necessarily on the same page that I am. So I do my best with what I have and it is amazing what you can do in a small space.
