Offline drivers and firmware installation on OpenBSD

It happens quite often that stock #OpenBSD installation doesn't recognize #WiFi cards, especially newer models. In that case, running fw_update most likely installs missing drivers. But how one can connect to the internet when even the network card is not detected. That's where #fw_update offline installation comes in handy.
