In this tutorial we cover multidimensional arrays. Arrays can save elements in more than one dimension. The way to see it is that individual elements in an array, are array themselves. This could be used for instance to represent a tile-based map in a 2D game.
This JavaScript tutorial is only part of a larger online course title Programming for Entrepreneurs - JavaScript, feel free to join for free. As part of the course, we build a prototype of a dating app using JavaScript.
JavaScript is the entry point for building interactive websites, HTML5 mobiles apps and games, and server-side applications so it's very much worth learning.
