So if you've watched any of my recent videos, you'll know that I am a huge fan of anecdotal evidence. I give lots of anecdotal evidence examples where I talk about why listening to an anecdote is better than listening to science experiments when it comes to making decisions on things like fasting.

The definition of anecdotal evidence is the same as the definition of broscience.

Bro science is basically just people relating their opinion and trying to pass it off as science with no research.
