Jr Android Dev Codes a ToDo App Pt. 7

Some updates and diving into the next steps of the todo24 app.

1. Setup the project in Android Studio
2. Determined method of storing tasks will be using Android JetPack with Room for local storage not over the internet.
3. Shared into Version Control System (GitHub) overcame a challenge where the wrong GitHub account was signed in.
4. Two bottom bar navigation where the left tab is tasks and right tab is completed tasks. We have built the recycler view adapter, view holder, adapted the view holder with view binding. Built the task data class.
