Tutorial 03 Running PetaLinux on ZedBoard (A-Z)

This tutorial demonstrate how to run PetaLinux on ZedBoard. This is part of tutorial series targeted towards RedPitaya but I think its also equally important to learn the steps involved and thus I am doing this by using ZedBoard first and then we will run PetaLinux or RedPitaya.
