Proompter -- 0003

Goals

• Ensure String de/en-code functions handle Unicode within autoload/proompter/json/

• Write mock tests dedicated to proompter#SendPromptToChat

  • TODO: http://127.0.0.1:11434?response=<Base64> need to split and join at ?

• Maybe tackle goals from previous streames's descriptions

  • ... All of 'em seem to have been tackled?!

• Organize existing tests/mocks/ similar to units

• Next time mock proompter#SendPromptToGenerate

Note about last stream

Here be an example of what I am attempting to solve for by way of a custom JSON parser;

echo json_encode({'value': 0.5670403838157654})
"> {"value":0.56704}

... Instead of treating numbers as, well numbers/floats, I'm choosing to keep 'em as strings by default.
