2024-11-02 -- Today I am integrating Ollama API endpoint payload helper functions into existing, and maybe new, features as well as probably fixing some bugs and writing tests

Goals

• fix \n parsing in buffer append line function

Integrate select functions from autoload/proompter/ollama/api/payload.vim

• proompter#ollama#api#payload#Chat
• proompter#ollama#api#payload#Generate

Test JSON parser functions from autoload/proompter/json/

• are stream to buffer features preserving new-lines?
• any bugs caused by less than spec compliant en/de-code functions?
