Android Game Development Setup with Cocos2dx and Visual Studio Code

Type in terminal of VS Code to compile for android development - cocos compile -s ~/MyCompany/MyGame -p android -m debug

#cocos2d x has cross platform development capabilities. Check out the end result of getting Android game development set up within Visual Studio Code. This way we can get mobile games published through #googleplaystore
I did run through some bugs, but accidentally didn't document them or the resolutions. If you run into any bugs, leave a comment and I will gladly figure out the resolution.
