Outcomes Over Output in UX Design
VAEXPERIENCE
In this recent highlight taken from the Get More Done for UX designers Livestream (part 2), I'll walk through one of the most important process frameworks for any UX designer. Too many, especially growing designers, focus on the outputs and production on the deliverables instead of focusing on much more important customer behaviour change and outcomes. While both sides are important, the order can make or break the end-user experience. The fact is if you want to have a more strategic input on how the UX is introduced and positioned this is an important paradigm shift in mindset.
