UX tools review time... This time I’ll walk you through Silverback 3 - a Guerrilla User Testing App you can start using immediately. My team adopted this tool recently to capture qualitative user feedback via real-time audio, video and interaction recordings. Using hi-fi prototypes (e.g. Axure) that don’t have built-in testing capability this simple and easy to use tool is an awesome addition to 1:1 qualitative usability studies.
