u-Link NT Program E92 (Boot mode)

Erased the ECU and brick it. Then recover it with boot mode. Three wire needs to be soldered to enter boot mode. The programming speed is very slow compared to the regular can bus method. Only use this method when the ECU is bricked. You also need to remove the back up to be able to use this method. JTAG method will be much faster to recover the ECU.
