Prosecute those who allow Violent Criminals to enter UK

Civil Servants who allow dangerous people to enter the country, should be prosecuted. That would change their attitude, says Alistair McConnachie of pro-UK, Scottish unionist campaign group and think tank, A Force For Good (AFFG).
