Pop!_OS Cosmic | A New Desktop Environment?

Pop!_OS is a popular Ubuntu based distribution from System76. They are set to release Pop!_OS 21.04 in June. In this release they're going to be introducing a new way to use your desktop called Cosmic. Cosmic aims to be a refined experience over GNOME which is more powerful and efficient. Out of the box it will split up your 'Workspaces' and 'Applications' view into their own separate views. Cosmic also ships with a Dock that can be further customised in the settings and more.
