Linux Mint 19.3 Tricia | Setting up and First Impressions

It's been quite a while since I've spent any significant time using Linux Mint. Now that they have officially released their latest version, 19.3 I've decided to get reacquainted with this distribution. It's based on Ubuntu and this particular version uses the Cinnamon desktop environment.
