Answer: Don’t look for it haha. Loneliness is something I feel too from time to time and my initial reaction to it is like ahhh I hate it and I just wanna get away from it. Which is what creates that desperation to find someone really quickly.
On top of that, If we make a decision out of that desperation, it’s likely that we’ll latch on to the wrong person who will probably end up hurting us. And then what we also forget is that our past experiences (especially negative ones) tend to shape how we view the next experience we have around that topic. Without proper awareness, this is hard to control.
However, companionship is definitely something that is programmed into us as humans, so it’s natural to feel that way, but it’s also a massive commitment that takes time and effort.
I believe that we fall into the trap of needing love really young and forget our youth is actually about figuring our shit out. So taking on the commitment of companionship too early especially with the wrong people can delay our personal development and essentially dig ourselves into a deeper emotional pit that has been created from past bad experiences.
This exact thing has happened to me and I’ve often found myself frustrated that I’m not exactly where or who I want to be yet. With that the way I deal with that shitty lonely feeling is by putting perspective on it and acknowledge I’m building myself into the best person I can be and working on what I want to create in the world so that when the right person comes along, whenever that may be, I can be comfortable in exactly who I am with them and share the greatness I’ve built with them.

Is it okay to use moisture conditioner in your hair every day. I'm using The Aussie series. Or should I keep it to a minimum? My hair easily gets oily and can sometimes look like I just took a big clump of butter and rubbed it in my hair. - 9:29
