I was on Instagram and while I was just scrolling through my feed, a waist trainer popped up and I was like, “that looks like a male body”, and sure enough it was.

So when I went and did a little bit more investigation, I was like, cool, so they're now making waist trainers for men now, and because I jump on new trends all the time, this kind of product was a very appropriate one for me to try out.

I don't know how many of you guys deal with this as well, but after I've eaten a meal or whatever, I can usually get quite a bloated stomach and I just thought a male waist trainer might actually be a cool addition to my wardrobe to wear when I'm going out to nice events and help me get rid of bloating.

Going out to nice events is usually where this kind of thing happens for me. I'll usually wear a really nice outfit, and then because I'm out having a good time, I end up eating a lot of bread, I wanna drink a heap of Jack Daniels, and then my stomach all of the sudden enlarges to the point where I could pass as pregnant.

The same thing happens when I eat Subway, just like I did before filming this video. Every time Kim and I film videos, we go and eat Subway for lunch, so a male waist trainer is actually a perfect thing to test out right now.

In this video I'm a little bit bloated from all the delicious italian herb and cheese bread I ate and essentially, what waist trainers are for, are they help you look slimmer, really.

That's why women use them, and I guess any guys that have trouble with belly flab or poking out bellies might find use for these as well. It's a weird idea, I know, but I just wanted to test it out today. So that's what we're doing.

I'm sorry to any of you who are completely grossed out by this video. The waist trainer does look very feminine and a little bit odd, however, this thing's being made for a male, so there's obviously some kind of appeal out there in the market for this.

And I wouldn't be against anyone trying it, especially if it helps you with your confidence, like, sitting down at dinner and being able to gorge and not really worry about that excess bloat poking through your shirt.

I think I paid about 50 bucks for it. It was a definite impulse buy, but I don't actually regret it, because I think at some point, I will be able to use this. The next time I go out, it's gonna be my little go-to.
