Offloading And Troubleshooting

I’ve been talking about ‘Offloading’ since the introduction of Windows 7 and never surprised when the topic pops back up. I thought this would be a good opportunity to review the impact offloading has on troubleshooting as well as share some of the behind the scenes set up information.
