Bloomsday at TBA Pop-Up

This Sunday from 8 to late we TBA Pop-Up will be celebrating all things Joycean with contributions from a range of internationally acclaimed writers, musicians and performers, including writers Derek Coyle, and Simon Lewis, musicians like Sarah O’Gorman, and The Spinning Boy, and artists like Rosalind Murray, and many more. The event is free entry and all are welcome. Supported by local craft brewers 12 Acres Brewery.

Following along the lines of last year's successful book launch of Mouths Making Water, the stage adaptation of Finnegans Wake, audiences can expect performances from The Dead, readings from Finnegans Wake and Ulysses, songs connected with the texts, and the debut of new work inspired by Joyce.

TBA Pop-Up at 59 Dublin Street, Carlow, is a Time-Based Art Venue, operating since 2013, set in a 17th Century Coaching Inn. Previous performers and exhibitors include: film director Lenny Abrahamson, Bedrock Theatre Company, Ye Vagabonds, The Holy Roman Army, Duke Special and artists Tadgh McSweeney and Amanda Coogan.
