Balancing Properties Pt 4 | Fixing For Honor

Finally we draw near to the end of balancing properties. The next part will be the finale and will go over any balance changes I had in mind. Also I am aware that I forgot to cover Stun so that will also be done in part 5. This has honestly been a big project for me, I can't wait to finish so I can have a small break.
