RPi 2&3 native WIFI and fixed Remote Desktop on Windows 10 IoT

A quick update to show you the latest Insider Preview (10.0.14328.1000) has now resolved issues with the Native WIFI on the PI 3 and the Remote Desktop Client on the PI 2 and 3 with certain video configurations

A couple of Caveats in that the remote WIFI configuration (ALLJOIN) does not appear to work so you still need to have either a hardwired connection or a local keyboard connected to perform the actual pairing to your wifi network. After that it works well

Bluetooth is still not supported but lets hope it will be soon
