#111 Using a TL866II+ for ATmega328 programming under Linux & Windows

riginally this was supposed to be the 2nd part of the transistor tester video about changing the tester's firmware, but to do that you need to re-program the chip. Explaining that in the transistor tester video made the video too long and so I extracted it as video on its own. To be clear, you don't need to use the TL866II+. I just show it here because that is my favorite programmer at the moment. If you are used to another programmer, use that of course.
