OSINT with Maltego - Leaking Confidential Information!

Open Source Intelligence is the process of collecting and gathering interesting information about a target from publicly available (open source) resources. OSINT plays a major role in Ethical Hacking because it is a skill that every red-teamer needs to possess to successfully conduct an investigation on the target company/organization and potentially find anything confidential.

In this video, I talk about Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), and also solve a challenge from NahamCon CTF 2022 called Keeber. In this challenge, we try to find some confidential information about a company called Keeber Security Group through one of their Ex-Employees.

We will use a tool called Maltego on Kasm Workspaces to perform our OSINT investigation. Kasm is a docker streaming platform using which you can spawn up docker containers and stream them directly from a web browser!
