Failed to validate the central configuration service, valid delivery controllers were not found

In this video, I tried to troubleshoot the issue I came across in the test environment, unable to launch studio successfully to see the site information, upon checking the services were in down state, started those services, tried launching studio and it loaded site information successfully.
