Citrix Storefront - Cannot complete your request

In this video, I tried troubleshooting the issue I came across while logging into storefront portal, it throws the error 'cannot complete the request', upon checking I noticed some services were in stopped state, we were able to login successfully after the services were started, this error occurs due to various reasons, this is one of the solutions to solve this problem in the Citrix environment.
