Can't start Citrix VDI

In this video, I tried troubleshooting an issue I came across in the test environment, I was unable to launch VDI as it throws error message saying it can't start app, machine is up and running but the machine doesn't launch, the status shows unregistered in studio console, took RDP to VDI and fixed the issue.
