Confrontation over Drone Flight for Real Estate Agent (in blue NO FLY zone) on Private Property

A local real estate agent asked me to drone film a property, but it has turned out to be a challenge as the property is located in a blue zone (no-fly zone). Therefore, permission for flight must be obtained from the Defense Command §13 BEK 1649. But that's not the only problem. As you can see in the video, the biggest challenge is avoiding confrontation with the neighbor and being allowed to carry out the task.
