I'm not going to link all the 4 core CPUs here. Yes I tested them, but if you don't already own them, pass and get a 6 core, 12 thread CPU instead. The price difference is minor and you'll be glad you did.

The only 2 Intel CPU's that I'd buy today are the i7-8700K and i9-9900K, depending on price and if you want 6 or 8 cores.
