How to Set Sleep Timer for Any Media App on iPhone

If you like falling asleep while streaming music, podcasts, shows, or movies, but don’t want to leave your media playing all night, this tutorial is for you. Watch to learn how to set a sleep timer to automatically turn off your media on iPhone.

To begin, open the Clock app. At the bottom, tap Timer. Now, set how long you want to allow your media to play before it gets turned off. Then tap When Timer Ends. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select “Stop Playing.” Tap Set in the top right corner to save. Tap Start to begin the countdown. Go ahead and begin playing your content from YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Apple Music, or whatever other media service you like. When your timer reaches zero, the content will be automatically stopped.
