How to Change Location Tracking Settings on iPhone
Techboomers
With the newest version of iOS, Apple has made changes to the options apps can provide when asking permission to use your location. Watch this video to learn how to change location tracking settings on your iPhone.
To begin, open your Settings app. Scroll down and select Privacy. Now tap Location Services. Here you should see a list of all apps you’ve downloaded to your device, along with their current location data permission level: Always, While Using, Ask, or Never. You can set these permissions on a by-app basis. To change the location permissions for an app, tap the name of the app, then select when you would like to allow the app to access your location: always, while using the app, ask next time – meaning the app will ask permission each time you use it, or never. Continue going through your list of apps and selecting a setting for each one. This will prevent apps from accessing your location data when you don’t want them to.
