Improved Excel crosstab export in Tableau 2020.3

Tableau Release Notes: In Tableau 2020.3, we've added the ability to download crosstabs in Excel. Previously CSV was the only available format. Now with added Excel support, crosstab exports maintain better cell and number formatting.
