PCLinuxOS: Linux Distro First Impression

A few people requested a first look at PCLInuxOS, so here it is. Overall, not a bad KDE build. I will stick the the Ubuntu base I am used to, but someone looking for a KDE build this is a good distro to try. You can also get it in Mate and LXDE.
