As consumers we all are bound to many more arbitration agreements than we realize simply by turning on our computers, making a phone call, or even playing some games. Binding Arbitration is an anti-consumer thing that we need to be aware of, primarily in the area of software and computer use, Microsoft enforces binding arbitration to it's services including Windows 10 and Office 365. But Linux does not have binding arbitration, so there is a one more way to protect yourself by trying out a different operating system.
