Flutter 3 in 5 minutes

Flutter 3 has been officially announced in the Google IO event. It includes stable support for macOS and Linux, performance improvements for Flutter web and improvements in the tooling that we use to develop apps. They have also announced a new version of Dart, full and official Firebase support for Flutter, and also the Flutter Casual Games toolkit, a set of resources to get started in game development with Flutter.
