Releveling House Built on Log Timbers

This is an interesting situation when releveling a house. We have brought you guys in after doing some of the work because the job was so dangerous.

⏱️⏱️Chapters⏱️⏱️ 00:00 Intro 00:12 House built around 1900, then moved because of flooding 00:35 Air conditioner rotted out the floor joists 01:00 The house from a distance 01:35 Under the house 01:55 We're going to change all of that 02:25 We'll put in blocks 02:45 New area under the house, floor joists that were put in 03:10 Supported them with piers under each one 04:00 What was supporting the house 04:15 The weight started breaking the beams 05:00 Still have to support the front wall 05:25 Have this part except the very front of the house 05:45 Example of the beams, this got wet for a long time 07:10 One beam that got eaten by bugs 07:30 Have to go up with this side quite a bit 08:05 Supporting the middle of the 16' long beams 08:55 What they had for a pier 09:15 The weight needed to be supported is down the other way
