Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD)
Jarad Niemi
A randomized complete block design (RCBD) is an improvement on a completely randomized design (CRD) when factors are present that effect the response but cannot be randomly assigned. In this case, these factors are blocked in the experiment so that the treatments are represented in all blocks. If some treatments are not available in some blocks, then the design is incomplete.
