For anyone interested in pushing this map to sub 20, here's some commentary I gave in the description of the run when I originally did it:

"Another route I tried is to go straight through light blue (miner's guild) to intersection 2, get 11 pearls from spawners, and then use pearl hangs with ceiling travel to collect orange (wolf area) and magenta (fire and ice) with less backtracking. But that route is maybe 30 to 60 seconds slower because farming pearls is just that slow. This is mostly because you have to get rid of nearly all the mobs in that room to avoid dying or getting the spawners blown up. However, you can rush in to the group of endermen and quickly get one pearl without having to clear the mobs.The route shown here uses 2 pearls from endermen. One of these must be collected from a stray enderman before starting orange, and the other can be grabbed from a rush past the spawner in yellow (supercharged). These two pearls can be skipped if you don't do the pearl hang for orange (wolf area), but this loses a whole minute.Another idea not shown here that I came up with is to use a pearl hang in intersection 4 to skip backtracking from pig roulette (red?). The intersection is wide enough to hang the pearl, but I haven't been able to load the intersection 4 pearl without also loading the pearl I hung at light gray (sandstone tower) near the monument."
