Basic explanation of the route in case you're confused: The dev room is located at (100000, 100000). The nether warp glitch involves using S+Q to skip the coordinate multiplication or division when changing dimensions (turning up render distance makes the timing easier). This allows me to multiply or divide my coordinates by 8 as many times as I want as long as I have enough portals. I divide once to get closer to the origin, run to (195, 195), and then multiply twice to get to nether coords of (12500, 12500), where I can then portal to the dev room.

Sub 2:50 is totally possible, but I would probably need several thousand attempts to get it, which I do not feel like doing.

The on-screen timer is not 100% accurate, but the final time is. I retimed the run with a spreadsheet before editing.

In this video I speedrun a custom Minecraft map called Dalania (part of the Super Hostile map series by Vechs). The goal of the map is to collect 16 colored wool, but we skip this by using exploits to travel to coords of 100,000 and access the dev room. This run features some cool tricks that aren't often seen in vanilla 1.8 or 1.16 runs (such as mining ender chests for obsidian to perform the portal coordinate exploit / s+q nether warp).
