Nightmare Tenant Moved Out And Trashed My Unit....Again!

This is just a recent update on a project that I'm working on, we evicted a hoarder tenant and he left the unit in a horrible condition. He came back after and made a few holes in the property according to my contractor. Thankfully most of the property needed to be gutted and rebuilt.
