Goodbye, Somerset. Hello Heathrow

So my trip back home is at an end and it's time for me to leave Somerset and say goodbye to my family as I head to London. This vlog is really for me, not a lot happens it's just for me to keep a record of the journey. This whole trip is my last memories of my Dad and while he doesn't feature in this episode the whole journey was because of him. I will miss him.
