How do I search for all the messages of a single user in a telegram group?

It is quite simple to do that as you can see in the screenshot below, once you tap on search from 3 dot menu to write your query to search, you get to choose from which member you want to search the messages from.

Just hit on the icon as shown and red circled in the screenshot. Upon tapping that icon, you will get to see the list of members of that group just choose the one whose messages you want to search.
