Angular 9 bundle sizes with Ivy

I build a Hello World project both in Angular 8 & 9 to see the difference in bundle sizes.

Ivy is the new Angular renderer and what I found was a 23% decrease in bundle size using Ivy, meaning your Angular apps will be faster with Ivy.

As development of Ivy goes on these bundle sizes will decrease even more.
