Xubuntu 20.04 LTS "Focal Fossa" - How to fix the window toolbar colour to appear as Greybird-Dark

When you select the Greybird-Dark theme from Appearance, the toolbar does not switch automatically to Greybird-Dark.

In this video, I show you how you can change this setting so the theme stays consistent and appears as it should.
