Why You Should Share Your Work Online NOW
Robert's Theory
Showing your work online is one of the best things you can do right now. I picked up this idea from Austin Kleon first. It costs you nothing, it is rewarding, and productive as well. Austin talks about this in his book, "Show Your Work". Think about it like planting your seeds and reaping the benefits later. Plant your garden now, collect later.
I also recently stumbled upon this idea that you should work with your garage door up. Working with your garage door up means being transparent with your process, sharing your ideas online, doing streaming sessions, or sharing your documentation with other people and allowing them to come up with contributions of their own. In other words, show your work!
The aim is to build a community with like-minded people and let ideas flow together and connect.

Who am I:
I spend my evenings making YouTube videos and writing articles about tech, productivity and philosophy. I have a lot of dumb ideas. I tend to write them down and then revisit them from time to time. Sometimes, the world and/or my own understanding of it has moved enough to where it can now be taken to a new place.
I also write a weekly email newsletter that contains some quick thoughts + links to interesting things I found while digging the internet (https://kbottle.substack.com/welcome)
If youβd like to talk, Iβd love to hear from you. Tweeting @robsblanc directly will be the quickest way to get a response, but if your question is very long, feel free to email me at knowthebottle@gmail.com
