How to unlearn using deliberative thinking

One needs to learn how to unlearn. Our thinking patterns have become reactive instead of active. We are running on autopilot mode. We do not upgrade our mental and physical systems. We are not allowing ourselves room to explore because we fail to set rules in place to update our most basic systems. Deliberative thinking is a good start.
