ScripRunner - Switch to a different user

Troubleshooting common Jira problems often requires you to login with other users' account. You can either do it by asking their password which is not good or doing a screen sharing. There is also a possibility of doing a screen sharing session with them. All this is lot of hassle. However there is an easy way to login to other users account if you are a Jira Administrator.

Fortunately there is a built-in script for doing this for you in ScriptRunner for Jira.
