Snap Permissions Tutorial for Ubuntu

Tutorial on reviewing and enabling hardware and folder access permissions for Snap based applications, which includes connecting peripherals such as Joystick, Webcam, and other Bluetooth devices.

$ snap interfaces app $ sudo snap connect app:permisson
